Hinchliffe Heritage can provide research, appraisals and specialist advice on heritage issues to help clients achieve their objective. The consultancy can steer projects through the statutory planning process by producing the necessary documentation and liaising with planning officers, Historic England and any other relevant organisation. Many development projects involve conservation issues: it is important for the sake of heritage assets and to satisfy statutory requirements that proposals take full account of their historic significance and the potential impact of development on them.
